Many of you may not be aware but the latest news is that SBI has changed its SBI PO Exam Pattern. I am sure that you may not be aware about it as the bank has changed the pattern very quietly. SBI PO Exam Pattern
Now coming back to the original topic of SBI PO Exam pattern, you must be eager to know what changes have taken place in SBI PO Exam. Now SBI PO Main Examination will be extended for 3 hours and there will be time limit for each section. The change will be applicable in the upcoming SBI PO Examination.
Salient Features of SBI PO Main Examination:-
Therefore let us now understand about the change. Now the SBI PO Exam will be conducted in the following structure:-
- There will be an Objective Test of 200 Marks.
- Time limit will be fixed for each section.
- There will be a descriptive test of 50 marks
- Time duration for descriptive test will be 30 minutes.
The total duration of the objective tests will be 3 hours and there will be 4 sections. The structure of the exam will be as under (Click on the image to enlarge it) :-
What about SBI PO Exam Pattern of Preliminary Examination?
This change will be applicable for the mains examination only. For preliminary examination there will not be any change and it will remain the same. The pattern of the preliminary examination will be like this. (Click on the image to enlarge it)
SBI for the first time has given all these details in a very lucid manner on its official website. However let me clarify that the marks obtained in the preliminary exams will not be counted or added for the final selection. If you will qualify the preliminary exam then you will become eligible for appearing in the main examination.
